Delivery
Delivery is via Royal Mail/Parcelforce and to UK addresses only, unless separately and previously agreed.
Unless otherwise requested:
Unframed A3 art will be sent via Royal Mail/Parcelforce and the delivery costs are £4.99.
Unframed A2 art will be sent via Royal Mail/Parcelforce and the delivery costs are £5.99.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must have been damaged in transit. Gift vouchers are non returnable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of its acceptance or refusal.

Buyer must pay return postage costs.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we can only guarantee to replace items if they are defective or damaged, but please do talk to us if you have a problem with your piece of art as we want you to be happy with it.
